We would like to invite you to a two-day Gold Short Course<\/strong> by Prof. David I. Growes<\/strong> from the Centre for Exploration Targeting, UWA, Australia. The course will take place on the 19th-20th May 2018<\/strong> in the building of the Faculty of Science, Charles University in Prague, Albertov 6. The ice-breaker<\/span> is planned for the evening of 18th May (Friday), start at 5 pm<\/span>. Attendance on the short course is for free<\/strong> thanks to SGA Educational Fund, but the field trip is charged<\/strong> by 160 EUR for SGA members and 280 for non-members.<\/p>\n

10:55- 2nd<\/sup> lecture: The crustal continuum and genetic models for orogenic gold<\/strong><\/p>\n

12:30- lunch time<\/p>\n

14:30- 3rd<\/sup> lecture: Critical factors controlling the formation of orogenic gold<\/strong><\/p>\n

16:05- coffee break<\/p>\n

16:25- 4th<\/sup> lecture: Exploration targeting for orogenic gold<\/strong><\/p>\n

14:30- 7th<\/sup> lecture: Carlin-type gold deposits of Nevada and China<\/strong><\/p>\n

*Cancelling with refund is possible only until two weeks before each trip.
